BIC is fully compliant with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). A recent Foreign Supplier Verification assessment found that 94% of all food products we sell are made in the U.S. and that all foreign sources of supply are GFSI-certified.

  • Consider pHASE food grade acidulant, as well as IFP encapsulated acidulants, to lower the pH – and thus extend the shelf life – of your formulas, without adversely impacting flavor.
