BIC’s facilities are strategically located throughout the United States to allow us to provide the best services to our customers. Our experienced logistics team is able to deliver the highest quality ingredients across the United States, with our primary service area being the Northeast Region.

Our roots are in the chemicals and food ingredients industries. Founders and shareholders of BIC decided to start and fund BIC to fill a need for old-fashioned customer service as well as e-commerce.

Our corporate office is located in Boston, Massachusetts. With new state-of-the art contract manufacturing facilities built throughout the United States, including various types of manufacturing operations and segregated product storage and temperature-controlled storage warehouses, we are fully capable of service our growing list of customers. All of our facilities were designed according to best practices in the areas of Environment, Health, Safety and Security (EHS & S).
